"Terrible, they don’t reach back out to you when requested or follow requested hours or directions to follow up. They bombard you with requests for money even though your policy was cancelled months ago. They attempt to change your policy and then tell you your policy is cancelled and during which they told me I’d get a new policy and no one followed up even while I was calling them and leaving messages. Then they automatically reinstated my policy and barely sent any notifications meanwhile I have another insurance all together. Just unprofessional with the work."
