"I would not do any business with State Farm located on 6704 SW 80 ST Miami, FL 33143 or have Shaunny Vasquez handle any of my Personal estate. I have been with State Farm for almost 14+ years but unfortunately my previous agent retired. I was informed that they transferred my file to this new location. I have been trying to cancel my life insurance for almost a month. The first phone call I was able to let Shaunny know that I wanted to cancel after that no luck in contacting her. I was told through email that I was going to get a check sent out which should only take about 3 days max since we live in the same state and city. After that I had to email her again asking where the check was? I kept getting the same answer that she would “mail it again”. She also advise to me that she emailed my paper forms (with my social, name, address) to another email. (Hippa error). I was later then told again that it would now take 2 weeks to received, And still nothing. I have tried to speak to her manager which the front desk states she’s too busy to speak to me. I wouldn’t recommend any business with them at all. I would never consider doing business with them again. I hope to have this resolved or at-least some type of explanation. Regards, Hilda Alvarez"

"It takes forever to get a callback like weeks. And then when I do decide to enact on the policy three days after the “the price is no longer valid and it’s gone up quite a bit. The lady was very nice on the phone and was helpful, but any more hiccups and I’ll probably start shopping"

"Horrible service ! They don’t answer the phone you leave a detailed voicemail for a call back & they never return the call. I’ve been calling for 5 days straight leaving voicemails and not one call has been returned. Finally today someone answered I tried to process a payment and the lady tells me I cannot once I told her I was making the full payment for a fee of an address change included she magically was able to take my payment. I never received answers as to why my bill increased they just took my payment without telling me what caused for my bill to increase. I’m highly disappointed with the service provided within this establishment."

"Very bad customer service. They rarely answer the phone. I called today in the morning to ask a question about my rate and left a message as usual but they did not call me back. They took over my old agent but have not hired extra help. I am looking for another insurance Company that answers the phone."

"I received a phone call about saving money. Quote and bill were different. They had incorrect information I requested multiple times for it to be changed. Address never changed. I called and emailed to cancel policy. Policy NOT canceled I ended up paying because of the threat of collections against my credit. I received an email about my New statement with the incorrect address again. I email again and called told them to cancel both policies. Just received a bill for my car insurance. I am not paying this bill. Worst agency."

"It is really unfortunate that I recently had to cancel my insurance with State Farm. I have been with this agency since I got my drivers license 35+ years ago. I asked if they could help reduce my rate but the staff said there was nothing they could do. I went with another reliable company who advised me on options for coverage (numerous other companies also gave me options) and this reduced my rate. Funny that this company/agency couldn't do the same at this time. I have no tickets or accidents. I have been a very loyal customer for so many years and this is the thanks I get. I wonder if Ms. Gaines is aware of this ."
